About Sarah Glass

I am an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with international experience. Like many professions in this field, I chose a career because I love someone that has autism. This experience has motivated me to advocate for all individuals to receive the quality treatment that allows them to thrive. My greatest strength as a clinician is finding what motivates children to learn and helping them achieve positive outcomes. My company, Innovative Behavioral Consulting, provides ABA services in the Greater Cleveland Area. We primarily focus on working with local schools to improve learning opportunities for students with all levels of ability. We also work with families to help improve behavioral outcomes in the home and then transition those skills to the classroom. Additional work settings include; clinical, school inclusion, community, and in-home therapy. However, the role I am most proud of as a team leader for the Global Autism Project. Volunteering with this organization has provided me with the unique experience of working in ABA centers around the world and provided the opportunity to work with some of the leading minds in the field of ABA.
