With 23 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 10 years in management and 1 year as a general manager, I have developed a comprehensive skill set. My expertise includes hiring, employee development, scheduling, inventory management, P&L analysis, and budgeting for both staffing and procurement. As a former bar manager, I successfully handled product ordering, inventory oversight, staff training, crafting unique specials, and building strong vendor relationships. Additionally, I managed the ideas, ordering, and inventory of all soft goods at the restaurant. I also have hands-on experience with social media marketing, where I designed and executed strategic campaigns to enhance the restaurant's online presence. My passion lies in creating memorable customer experiences, as I find great fulfillment in making a lasting impact on guests through exceptional service.
