I’m a conscientious OR nurse with over seven years of experience in high-acuity environments, including over five years at Level 1 Trauma hospitals and current work in sports medicine surgery. Through the course of my career, my interest in healthcare has shifted to a passion for health and wellness. This passion drives me to engage in ongoing professional development and continued education in exercise physiology and nutrition. Working in sports medicine has shown me how powerful the connection between clinical care and fitness really is. After graduating summa cum laude from CU with my BSN, I earned personal training and nutrition coaching certifications and built a personal training practice helping clients achieve their health goals using evidence-based approaches that draw from my medical background. It is incredibly rewarding bridging the gap between healthcare and wellness and helping clients undergo positive and meaningful transformation towards vitality. My experience spans everything from critical trauma situations to athletic performance optimization, giving me a comprehensive view of the health and fitness landscape. I thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of combining clinical precision with innovative wellness strategies. I’m looking to leverage my unique background to make a real impact.
