I am an experienced team leader with strong project management skills, with experience seeing projects through the complete lifecycle from conception to global rollout. Experience with Six Sigma processes including SIPOC and Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis. I have additional experience with training, process improvement, social media marketing, Facebook promotion, customer engagement, strategic data analysis, cross-cultural process migration, cross-functional training, event planning, SOP writing, content writing, copy editing, and developmental editing. Known for finding creative solutions to proactively resolve issues and improve the user experience. In roles from freelance writing and editing to managing the global operations process, I am consistently recognized for my focus on customer service even in non-customer facing roles. I enjoy bringing creative solutions to customers and proving the efficacy by constantly monitoring data and see trends and finding and expanding niche markets. I have an MSc in Creative Writing from the University of Edinburgh.
