Background

About Sarah Hoch

I am a project manager located in Arlington, VA. I've gotten the opportunity to be on the ground floor, leading 3 teams in the integration between Capital One and Discover. I consistently focused on building a positive culture by facilitating quarterly team-building activities and creating onboarding plans. I work directly with my stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes and increased associate experiences. Each week I meet with Directors and Managing Vice Presidents where I present high-level project updates. In this forum I also zoom out to address the bigger picture; showcasing opportunities for continuous improvement within our processes, and grounding the presentation with representative data. I have skills in project management, operational horizontal reporting, and strategic administration/chief of staff work. I am open to role opportunities within these fields. Go Hokies!
