About Sarah Jackman

I’ve spent the last 8+ years working to make customers feel heard, valued, and supported—first through 6 years in Support, and now in Customer Success @ Chatbooks. I love uncovering what’s really going on—whether that’s in the data, in a process, or in the customer’s experience—and using that insight to make things better. My work often lives behind the scenes, but it’s where I thrive: helping reduce friction, crafting thoughtful subscriber journeys, and making sure feedback gets to the right people so the customer experience keeps improving. I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve, and I genuinely enjoy learning new tools, testing ideas, and collaborating across teams. I recently became a CS Ops Certified Professional and am excited to keep building systems and strategies that support both the customer experience and the people who work so hard to deliver it. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of three, a baker, and a big fan of meaningful little moments—whether it’s a great customer email, a dance competition weekend with my girls, camping as a family, backyard hangs, or making memories at amusement parks.
