Sarah joined Pathway Society in September 2019 and relocated back to the Bay Area after growing up in both Fresno/Clovis and San Jose. With her degree in Psychology and expertise in administrative functions, she feels that Pathway is the perfect fit. She has her HR Management certificate through UCSC and completed the program with honors. Sarah reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and her functions at Pathway include: maintaining and overseeing the corporate office, processing payroll, new hire orientation, recruitment and assisting the Human Resources Manager with benefits administration and additional projects. She also maintains employee and payroll data in the HRIS system, Paycom. Prior to working at Pathway Society, Sarah had a demonstrative history of working specifically within staffing and insurance industries. Skilled in office administration,compliance, payroll and onboarding processes. When Sarah is not working, she enjoys hiking and spending time with friends, family and her yappie Yorkie, Gracie.
