About Sarah Jarman
I am a writer and illustrator with experience in writing a range of genres. Having worked freelance for a number of years across all sectors including health and well being and architecture I am now working part time as the Marketing Manager for SOLID Engineering. A Structural and Civil Engineering company based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire and Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, the position allows me the creative freedom to produce engaging content. I am particularly excited by their new 1% Better campaign which takes an in depth look at sustainability within the construction industry. When not working with SOLID I write and illustrate books, again focusing on a range of genres. I have three books published so far. Lela, Ashes of Childhood which was co-written with Lela Burbridge depicts her life as an AIDS orphan in Uganda. Frog Finds Home is my first picture book and was released in March 2023.'Poo Poo Parenting' is a tongue-in-cheek poetry and parody book on parenting. My novel - The Funeral - is due for publication in 2023.
