About Sarah Kadlec

As a Senior Associate at Ginkgo Biosecurity, I’ve worn many hats. From customer success leader to product specialist to client and partnership management, I’ve had the privilege to quickly grow my professional expertise alongside a fast-paced and deeply mission-driven company. My time at Ginkgo began with a goal to help any way I could during the pandemic, and has since developed into a passion to enhance business through exceptional customer experiences. Because of my widely cross-functional experience, I am well-attuned to almost all aspects of business operations, and have come to learn how to balance client needs and feedback with internal process improvement and team goals. I have a knack for diving into our technical offerings, which has helped me to lead customer education efforts to drive product adoption and significantly decrease onboarding timelines. I love to use KPIs as a tool for continuous process improvement and effective program management, and am often the team member who chimes in with a “how are we tracking this?” Outside of work, I love to bake, spoil my cat, bullet journal, and sing (yes, I was in an a cappella group and yes, it was just like Pitch Perfect).
