Background

About Sarah Kane

I’m a commercially focussed, hands-on HR leader experienced across both highly-matrixed, global PE-backed companies with Centres of Excellence (CoEs); and fast-paced, scaling founder-led environments with limited resources, requiring me to adapt between strategic and executional leadership. I introduce structure while maintaining entrepreneurial spirit and pivot quickly to changing business needs. I thrive in high-performing environments with accountability, where people objectives are aligned to business goals. I value integrity and am confident in making decisions without all the details.I have strong international experience, having business partnered with functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Technology & Product, Editorial) across EMEA, APAC, the US and Canada. I am passionate about employee wellbeing and believe cultures that promote flexibility drive productivity and performance.
