About Sarah Kellogg

With a Master of Public Health and extensive experience advising on key international programs for non-profits, I am highly adept at designing effective program management systems for multimillion-dollar portfolios. This includes driving continuous improvement to reporting processes, program efficiency, and standardization. In addition, I excel at cultivating relationships with strategic internal and external partners to maintain consistent alignment with program goals. Over the course of my career, I have been instrumental in advancing programs to strengthen health systems, respond to infectious disease outbreaks, and HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. I have also played a key role in leading business development efforts and securing grants from philanthropies (i.e, Gates Foundation), multilateral organizations (i.e, UNFPA, UNICEF, and World Bank), and donor governments (i.e, Department of State). I am an accomplished team leader with experience in recruiting staff, managing performance, and providing guidance on day-to-day program operations and grants administration.
