Sarah Kilpatrick is a Recruiter supporting the Retail Banking and Distributing Team. In Sarah’s role she is responsible for hiring and retaining top talent in several Southeast markets. Her primary focus at this time is hiring Leaders FCM’s (Financial Center Managers) FC Assistant Managers, RM’s (Relationship Managers) and RB’s (Relationship Bankers) Her current markets are South Carolina Coast and North Florida. Sarah has held numerous roles in her 39 year tenure with the company—most have been in HR –specifically Talent Aquisition. She is also responsible for maintaining and building relationships with top management by keeping them informed of hiring decisions in these markets. She is goal driven and has always met and/or exceeded all goals set by management. She is very detail oriented and adheres to all policies and procedures relating to hiring and HR functions. Sarah graduated from the University of South Carolina with an Associates degree in Retail Management. Sarah has been very active in the past working with a program called Innovative Alternatives for Women-a program designed to help women get off of welfare and back into the work place. Sarah has also volunteered with Be the Match—an organization that finds Bone Marrow matches for patients that are in need. She has also volunteered at the Homeless Shelter and the Food Bank in Jacksonville, FL. Sarah currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
