As Senior Director of Internal Operations Enablement at DraftKings, I support both the Risk and Lottery Fulfillment Operations teams, providing strategic and operational leadership across organizations representing more than 500 team members. My scope includes project management, leadership support, rollout of new initiatives, and other critical enablement functions that drive efficiency and performance. Within Lottery Fulfillment, I help oversee operational support for a national network of 17 centers across the country.Previously, as Director of Risk Enablement at DraftKings, I led a talented and high-performing team supporting our Risk Operations organization through strategic planning, project execution, and change management. I served as the central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment, compliance, and regulatory excellence across risk-related initiatives.Before that, as Director of Marketplace Marketing Operations, I oversaw the marketing strategy for the DraftKings Marketplace and DraftKings Shop, driving go-to-market plans for new initiatives and helping promote the broader DraftKings Lifestyle.Earlier in my role as Director of Strategic Initiatives, I led our National Acquisition team in developing VIP and lead generation strategies that unlocked new revenue streams and deepened key relationships—resulting in multi-million-dollar growth.I draw on more than 20 years of experience in the casino and gaming industry, with expertise spanning marketing strategy, player loyalty programs, CRM and database marketing, and VIP acquisition and retention.
