I am a consultant and leadership coach working in the health and community sectores where I have over twenty years' experience working. I have diverse expertise across mental health, alcohol and other drugs, ageing, domestic and family violence, disability, sexual health and LGBTIQ+ inclusion. I bring 20 years’ leading teams as a clinician (occupational therapist), in middle management and as an executive director. I am all about the frontlines of the health and not for profit and community and those who support them. The clinicians, client service workers, the volunteers, the community leaders, the community engagement teams and their managers. You are my people. I have held senior management roles in public health and not-for-profit community organisations overseeing clinical client services, workforce development initiatives, health promotion and community development. I am skilled in health programming, implementation and leading high-performance teams. I am passionate about working with the strengths of individuals and communities. I enjoy working in organisations that are professional, dynamic, innovative and foster the potential of clients and employees. I am results driven to maximise outcomes, impacts and the experience of clients, stakeholders and teams. I bring thoughtful, compassionate and creative problem-solving skills to my work and derive job satisfaction from making a difference. I pride myself in fostering healthy team cultures where people can bring their authentic selves and flourish. I am a people person.
