Background

About Sarah Larose

I currently serve as Administrative Coordinator at the University of Texas System, partnering with executive leadership to support operations across hiring, budgeting, asset management, program development, and event coordination. In my previous role at UT, I oversaw department budgets, technology contracts, hardware and software procurement, and legislative compliance, providing executive calendar support and coordinating IT initiatives across the UT System. Before UT, I built and scaled a grant-funded food assistance program for underserved families by developing operational models, and co-founded a nonprofit organization building inclusive programs to support marginalized communities. Earlier roles at Meridian Behavioral and General Datatech gave me foundational skills in operations, HR, finance, data analytics, cross-departmental collaboration, and executive support. I am known for translating executive vision and strategy into operational realities, anticipating needs, driving process improvements, and building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
