As a seasoned Operations Manager, I understand the importance of optimizing business processes without sacrificing personal connections with employees. My experience has given me unique knowledge of scaling a rapidly growing business, managing small and large teams, both on and offshore. I have a deep understanding of the revenue cycle process, and I am well-versed in all aspects of billing and collections, managing daily operations for cross-functional teams. I have successfully implemented and managed several software programs and systems that have streamlined the revenue cycle process and improved efficiency.
