I have many years of experience in customer service, working with children, teens, and young adults while providing a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. Working as part of a team or independently, producing high-standard results. I continuously demonstrate health, safety, and wellness in the workplace, make interactive choices and empower others to be confident. I pride myself on being trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, caring, and professional while having a fun personality and a great sense of humour. I adopt a logical, pragmatic approach to problem solving. A determined individual with a very positive approach to work, I can communicate and build relationships as required. As a friendly and approachable individual, I am pleased to admit that I can always manage to put a smile on another's face. Recently completed two programs at Lethbridge College in the hope of helping jump-start my new career path, stepping outside of my comfort zone - twenty years in Childcare. I have a great foundation of knowledge and skills to succeed while contributing to team success through hard work and attention to detail. I am continuously learning and improving my skills.
