I am a corporate lawyer based in Perth, with a focus on the resources sector. I provide practical legal advice to exploration and mining companies in relation to: • joint venture agreements (both incorporated and unincorporated and also farmin arrangements); • key mine operating and infrastructure agreements (including offtake agreements, rail haulage agreements, camp services agreements and airline services agreements); • supply chain arrangements; • mining tenement sale and purchase agreements; • mining access agreements and pastoral access agreements (including the conduct of associated objections under the Mining Act); and • royalty arrangements. My corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, due diligence investigations, business and project structuring, contract negotiation and regulatory advice. I have worked with clients on short-term and long-term secondments, including Cleveland Cliffs and Shell. I was a qualified Chartered Accountant for 14 years.
