About Sarah Lowes

To thine own self be true’: Sarah set up Excalibur Development in 2016 so she can empower others to move forward in their careers with authenticity and confidence. As a result of her career in the wonderful world of Learning & Development, Sarah believes strongly that awareness, of oneself and others, is key to individual, team and organisational success in terms of both productivity and wellbeing. Whether working as a facilitator or coach, Sarah seeks to create an environment where people feel safe to connect honestly with themselves and with others, where they can openly examine their individual and collective impact on the world around them, celebrate their achievements, acknowledge their challenges, devise their own solutions and, in so doing, become the heroines and heroes of their own stories. Sarah is delighted to work in association with Barefoot Coaching on their coaching and transactional analysis programmes and with Ingenious Performance and Meridian Iliffe, primarily delivering leadership and management workshops. Sarah is also proud of her work with Thomas International, where she trained clients in the use of psychometric tools including 360 feedback, behavioural profiling, emotional intelligence and aptitude & ability testing.
