I am a professional in corporate services supporting our musicians, audiences, donors and arts administrators with finance, human resources, IT, governance, assets and planning. I am driven to create, implement and improve processes through collaboration. An enthusiastic champion who likes to be involved in change management and improvement programs. Supporting team development through training and mentoring is what matters to me, as this is one of the ways to ensure role alignment with the company's long term vision. For me being approachable and adaptable when working with clients assists us both to find innovative solutions to difficult problems. I am a Certified Practising Accountant with experience across the higher education sector and small to medium size enterprises, and also within companies and the NFP sector. I have experience in senior finance roles, including managing business operations and teams, supporting executives with strategic planning, financial compliance, delivering financial insights and reporting. I bring sound judgement and reflection when considering ways to approach launching new initiatives or re-imagining established methods of delivery.
