About Sarah Maher

As a GCX Performance Coach at eBay, I provided dedicated coaching support for a team of 24 agents in the Member to Member space. I helped them achieve their quarterly performance goals by conducting quality evaluations, compliance monitoring, action planning, and one-to-one coaching sessions. I also foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and positivity within the team, which earned me an award for my support towards the team and department. Most recently, I led the wonderful Authenticity Guarantee Team to success driving an all round uplift in performance from Q2 - Q3 through dedicated coaching, listening to the needs of my team members and following through where action was needed. Working with stakeholders, couriers, our fantastic Auth Ops and our counterparts in the US since going global. Creating changes to enhance the performance, drive accountability and improve processes to make the jobs of our team meats easier and enhance our valued members experiences while buying and selling on site. Before becoming a coach, I was the Lead Mentor for new hires entering eBay in our partner site, Tirana, where I supported the onboarding and training of over 200 agents in teams of 20. I worked closely with Operations and Partner Specialists to deliver first-class mentoring, feedback, and insights, while leading a team of 6 mentors. I have a Level 6 Professional Sales Advice degree from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and I am passionate about sales, management, and customer service.
