A fearless and adventurous spirit has shaped my journey. From a young age, my parents encouraged me to seek experiences beyond the classroom, leading me to compete nationally as a horse rider, work as a stunt double on film sets, and move across South Africa to remote villages to work as a healthcare professional. These diverse experiences taught me resilience and adaptability, essential for connecting with people from all walks of life, and helped me find my “WHY.” My “WHY” is to add value. A passion for helping others initially drew me to physiotherapy, where I discovered the significance of completing thorough needs analyses, implementing contextually appropriate interventions, and cultivating connections in my network. Through community service and research, I realized my potential to contribute to society in varied ways. My natural aptitude for communication and writing, developed over eight years - starting with a Master’s in Science for Physiotherapy, freelancing in academia, and a full-time role with Novitalis, has been instrumental in my professional success while maintaining a focus on building meaningful connections. Understanding human dynamics and dedicating myself to impactful contributions have always been central to my professional journey.
