About Sarah Mathieu-Comtois

I build and deploy strategies that drive both performance and purpose—by bringing together people, capital, and ideas across sectors and geographies. I am a strategic and purpose-driven executive with 15 years of international experience leading sustainable investment and impact initiatives across consulting, private markets, public policy, and humanitarian development. I bring a track record of building high-impact teams, scaling advisory and investment platforms, and driving systemic change across complex ecosystems. Having worked on three continents—from boardrooms to field implementation—I understand how to align financial performance with real-world impact. I have led cross-asset climate strategies, developed governance and measurement systems, advised global investors on transition pathways, driven firm-wide sustainability transformations, and represented organizations as a thought leader. Fluent in both finance and policy, I am energized by building mission-driven organizations that turn ambition into actionable results—through sharp strategy and relentless execution. What drives me: building human-centric, high-performing teams, navigating complexity, and designing systems that align capital with long-term value—rooted in impact, resilience, and real-world relevance.
