My role focuses on implementing collaborative models that improve access to high-quality surgical care and streamlined patient journeys. With over 15 years' experience across management, commercial development and partner engagement, I bring a strong track record in delivering results, improving processes and driving mutual value for patients and partners. I’m particularly passionate about projects that enhance transparency, accessibility, and sustainability - helping to increase choice and create long-term value for those who rely on them. My certification as a Prince2 Project Manager, as well as my master's degree in Community and Local Development, enable me to understand and proactively address the diverse needs and challenges of client populations and stakeholders.
