A highly motivated professional with over 30 years of Sales and Client Management experience in Europe and Asia, I am a dedicated leader at Q2 HR Solutions. With 25 years of experience in the Philippines, I excel in building strong business partnerships through effective customer relations and am known as a Networking Virtuoso. If I don't know the answer, I know who does. Connecting people is something I am skilled at and truly enjoy. I believe in living life to the full and embracing challenges with a can-do attitude. My leadership style is dependent on the situation and the people I work with, reflecting my passion for people. As the Vice President of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, I am actively engaged in fostering meaningful connections and collaborations. Continuing in the coming years through Q2, as we expand globally with the emphasis on HR as a competitive advantage, I intend to work with more clients to help them build strong and sustainable businesses. My focus remains on ensuring that the Philippines continues to shine a light on the global platform as a professional and great place to do business. During the pandemic, I find fulfillment in reaching members and collaborating with the team. As the Chairman of the Asian Students Christian Foundation for the past 15 years, I am dedicated to caring for abandoned, abused, and orphaned children. I also served as the President of the British Women’s Association, advocating for the community and fostering a positive experience for newcomers. In addition to my role as the Managing Director at Q2 HR Solutions, my commitment extends to voluntary roles, including running the Professional Expat Women’s Facebook group, emphasizing the importance of supporting newcomers. Being recognized by the Manila Times for my appointment as Managing Director reflects my contributions. Throughout my life, I have been passionate about people, engaging in various human resources activities. During a sales convention in the early 1990s, I proudly declared myself in "The People Business," emphasizing that Human Resources is about human capital – simply, people.
