About Sarah Meier

With over two decades of experience in Oncology, I have spent the past 8 years as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner and Sub-Investigator at XCancer/Urology Cancer Center. With extensive experience in Oncology and clinical research, I am able to provide high-quality care to over a dozen patients each day. I have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and comprehensive patient education. In my current role at XCancer/Urology Cancer Center, I have delivered oncology care, contributed to a large number of Urologic Cancer clinical trials, integrated evidence-based treatment modalities, and successfully maintained the clinic's Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) certification. Prior to my experience as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner, I spent 15 years as an Oncology Certified Registered Nurse in various inpatient and outpatient Oncology settings. In those settings, I have experience as a floor nurse, an outpatient chemotherapy infusion nurse, and a clinical research nurse coordinator. These have all helped broaden my overall knowledge in Oncology as well as enhance my personal and professional growth. My passion for Oncology drives me to not only provide exceptional care but also to contribute to ongoing improvement of treatment strategies and patient outcomes.
