About Sarah Mims

National Safety Advisor with a people-first and creative approach to making safety clear, practical, and easy for teams to act on. I blend WHS expertise with strong visual communication skills to help workers understand risk, stay engaged, and make smarter choices in the field. As part of Credo’s national leadership panel, I contribute to safety strategy, cultural improvement, and business-wide decision-making. In previous roles, I led ISO-certified management systems, supported re-certifications with zero non-conformances, and built tools that strengthened communication, visibility and compliance across the business.I’m big on continuous learning and modern safety practices across psychosocial risk, ESG, wellbeing, high-risk activity compliance, and return-to-work strategy. I love collaborating with teams, simplifying complex requirements, and using creative problem-solving to lift safety standards and support safe, confident work.
