I’m a strategic and people-focused HR leader with over a decade of experience driving impact across retail, healthcare, nonprofit, and cultural institutions. From managing HR operations for workforces of 300 to employees to advising C-Suite level leaders on organizational design, compliance, and talent strategy, I bring a holistic approach to building and supporting high-performing teams. My career has spanned complex and unionized environments where I’ve led initiatives around workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational change. I’ve partnered closely with legal teams on risk mitigation, guided leaders through transformational change, and designed people programs that balance compliance with culture. Currently, I serve as a Human Resources Manager at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, supporting cross-functional teams including Audience Engagement, Technology, Finance, Capital Projects, and more. I’m deeply invested in aligning HR strategy with business goals.
