About Sarah Morrow

Professional intern with the Walt Disney World location for the Hotels and Resorts Line of business. I support the Lodging Line of Business team with various projects; strategy, planning, and implementation for the various Disney World resort properties. I've worked directly with both the Stay.Solar and SunPort team. I helped to facilitate B2B connections and meetings; along with managing projects, communication tactics, and other necessary tasks. The company is based with the underlying principle that solar should be available to the masses, anyone who wants to support solar energy, can. I have a vast employment background. I've worked in the hospitality industry as well as management during my previous occupations. Coupled with my education, I have found my passion, making a positive impact in the world. I enjoy fast-pace environments that are constantly changing. I enjoy continuously learning new things as well as implementing innovative tactics. I believe that anything is possible, and live by the motto "there is always a way". Throughout my academic career, I worked to grow and enhance my skill set so I would be prepared when entering the workforce. I am continually growing and enhancing my skills aligning to the defined 21st century skills list which I believe are essential for any new college graduate entering the workforce. Some of the skills I am practicing include: leadership and facilitation, problem solving, decision making, people management, tactical and strategic planning, use of technology and practice of possibility thinking to identify innovative and creative solutions.
