Our current portfolio includes conventional apartments, LIHTC tax credit financing, student housing and independent senior living. As a property management team, Cove is dedicated to meeting the challenges of our market and strives to exceed expectations in the delivery of services to our team members, residents, and properties. As the Employee Relations Coordinator & Recruiter it is my goal to assist the organization in its efforts to create and maintain a positive relationship with our team members. By maintaining positive, constructive relations, we hope to keep our team members happy and engaged. In addition, I am responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates through marketing, sourcing, and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
