I am a supply chain professional with over 15 years experience spanning across different industries. Over the years I have gained extensive experience in various spheres in the supply chain including but not limited to Global Sourcing, Category Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics Management, Regulatory compliance, and Risk Management. I have solid experience in supplier development, strategic sourcing implementation and integration of responsible sourcing strategies. I am adept with Supplier Relationship Management, Contracts and Supplier Performance Management, Contract Logistics, Freight Management, Customer Relationship Management and good in developing and implementing logistics and procurement policies. I am Passionate about delivering value and driving continuous improvement in Supply Chain Processes with a knack for cost optimization and always finding impactful solutions to the supply chain ecosystem. I have great communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills. I drive results by defining appropriate metrics and measurements with ability to determine overall picture to aid in making decisions and solving problems. I am elated working and leading high performing and agile teams focused on delivery of organizational goals. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for supply chain. I am extremely enthusiastic about fixing the basics and always looking for ways to improve the supply process and always eager to learn to further expand my knowledge. When I am not working, I love voluntary work through community service, travelling, taking care of the environment and dancing.
