About Sarah Negrete

Sarah Negrete leads Crimson Consulting, a company that focuses on coaching and leading in ways that create efficiency, clarity, and results. This requires intentionality and alignment with your goals–identifying strategies for elevating what you do, not starting over. Previously, Sarah was the Director of Professional Learning for the Northeastern Nevada Regional Professional Development Program (NNRPDP), a program that supports K-12 educators across six geographically large school districts. She led the organization for ten years, managing projects and expertise across multiple professional learning requests in-person or virtually via ongoing workshops, coaching, professional reading, and discussion. Leadership includes strategic planning facilitation, talent management, and designing, creating, and supervising learning programs and training for professionals. Frequently, this requires scaling programs into broader systemwide initiatives. Additionally, Sarah had considerable experience advocating and lobbying for funding and policy change with state legislative bodies. Prior to her work at NNRPDP, she was a professor and department chair in the Teacher Education Program at Great Basin College, Elko, Nevada, teaching courses for undergraduate pre-service teachers, coaching and supervising student interns, and coordinating field experiences for students.
