About Sarah Pavy

Head of Partnerships: In this current role, I am very passionate about exploring new ideas for flexible student pathways through VET in schools programs across the different sectors and states nationwide. I connect with schools and other organisations to support them to identify their students' needs, explore possible qualifications and bring on new VET programs for their young people. I am involved in sector networks and conferences, ensuring that I remain up-to-date with current shifts at the government and regulatory level. Across our VET teams, I work collaboratively to strive for continuous improvement in our approaches at ReadCloudVET to all aspects of VET delivered in secondary schools, in the ways we support third-party delivery and assessment, ensure student engagement, and help schools to implement innovative programs and pathways for their young people. My aim in this role is to support schools to offer flexible and relevant choices of VET programs to get students started on their study and employment journey through positive learning experiences and successful outcomes. Compliance, Learning and Assessment Manager role across the ReadCloud VET teams, working across three collaborative RTOs, supporting schools and teachers to deliver quality programs. Includes working closely with the Learning and Assessment Team, Quality and Compliance, and Industry Engagement. General Manager of Ripponlea Institute since May 2018, working closely with partner schools to deliver VET Small Business, Fashion, Languages and Music and specialising in provision of TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to secondary teachers. Expert VET Applied Languages consultant since 2006, supporting almost 100 schools to implement Certificate II in Applied Language in 12 languages across four states. Experienced Education Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Assessment Writing, Management, Curriculum Development, Languages Education, Special Needs, and Public Speaking. Strong education professional with a Masters in Education focused on engaging boys in languages and teacher role in motivation, from Monash University.
