Currently, I support business development at Bolt Innovations Group, where I assist with CRM pipeline tracking, market research, proposal development, and performance reporting — helping sales teams stay agile, informed, and growth-focused. At the same time, I serve as a Library Assistant at Loudoun County Public Libraries, where I manage patron services, catalog inventory, interlibrary loans, and reporting using tools like Power BI and CarlX. These two roles allow me to combine technical efficiency, communication, and customer engagement in a variety of fast-paced environments.
