As an experienced education leader, I am skilled in working at the intersection of effective practice research and development, education policy and reform, school systems, and diverse teaching and learning settings. I know the importance of intentional system shifts rooted in equitable data analysis, ongoing development of national and local partnerships, strategic planning, and comprehensive cycles of improvement.In previous roles, I have successfully leveraged qualitative and quantitative data to design strategic plans, to write and implement education policies, to seek out grants and funding support, and to facilitate decision-making processes in an effort to build capacity within organizations. I have a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders and engage diverse voices in decision-making. Furthermore, my experience in adult learning design and facilitation, as well as curriculum implementation, positions me well to contribute to the development of impactful learning and assessment experiences for system leaders.
