About Sarah Posa

As Administrator at Hospice of Michigan, I oversee the clinical and operational aspects of delivering compassionate and quality care to patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Wayne State University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Oakland Community College. With more than six years of experience in hospice care, I have developed skills in nursing, nursing management, and operations management, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and values of hospice. I work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients and their loved ones, while also managing the financial and regulatory aspects of our organization. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and dignity of those we serve, and advancing the field of hospice care through education, advocacy, and innovation.
