As an agile and purpose-driven leader, I’ve enjoyed 20+ years in Marketing and Communications – conceptualising, developing, and executing innovative, high-impact campaigns and integrated communication strategies that drive engagement, build brand reputation, and influence social change. In my current role as Campaigns Manager at Our Watch, I lead a talented team of marketing professionals to design, develop, implement, and evaluate highly visible national social marketing campaigns that engage the community and address the underlying social context for gender-based violence. I lead a highly participatory and human-centred approach to campaign and program design – actively engaging with communities to leverage lived experience, consumer stories, and authentic content that resonates with audiences and inspires meaningful action. Across my career, I’ve built strong strategic partnerships with all levels of government, research institutions, and organisations across the community, youth, education, and not-for-profit sectors. I’m proud to have positioned VicHealth and Our Watch as thought leaders nationally and internationally through innovative communications and behaviour change initiatives.
