About Sarah Prasher

I graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Ohio Northern University in 2005. After graduation, I travelled as a Leadership Consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity providing leadership and recruitment skills to Zeta chapters across the nation. Then I worked for Schreiber Foods, Inc. as a Production Team Advisor in plants in Missouri and Wisconsin. Through constant effort to improve productivity and support my partners, I earned the prestigious President's Leadership Award in 2007. I returned home to Ohio Northern to lead the development initiatives for the T. J. Smull College of Engineering. After a year and a half in that position, I transferred to the alumni relations office to focus on the B.E.A.R.S. program (alumni recruiting students) and Greek alumni relations. In June 2013, I was selected as the new director of alumni relations. In August 2014, I was moved to associate development director to lead several important new technical projects related to preparing for the next campaign. After 7 years serving my alma mater, I began at the Kohl's Findlay distribution center as a production supervisor leading between 25-40 associates in achieving our safety, production, and engagement goals. I worked in multiple operational areas including Off Aisle, return to vendor, pack to light, flat, EAS, and consolidation. In October 2018, I transitioned to centralized outbound transportation where I managed store deliveries out of our 2 west coast DCs. In 2020, I moved to serve as the training supervisor for Kohl's newest e-fulfillment center, EFC6, in Etna, Ohio. I helped open, onboard, and cross-train associates in nearly every function of the building. In May 2024, I am now the industrial engineer for EFC6 and support the building in its expansion project and continue to find ways to improve our processes and procedures.
