High testing demands and tight schedules have created the need for high-quality clinical assessment tools that are available at our fingertips. My background in cardiac care as a cardiovascular sonographer who has seen the best (and worst) of PACS and EMR systems makes me the perfect person to talk to when considering your options for PACS and cardiology reporting. Patient care is too often compromised by poor technology that eats up clinicians' time. Giving our providers better tools that encourage team collaboration and remote working is essential to productive workflows and, in turn, improving patient outcomes. I'm passionate about patient care, health education, and improving technology in healthcare. In my role as an account manager at HeartLab, I have the privilege to drive change in the very areas I wished for improvement as a healthcare professional. This role has also afforded me the opportunity to engage in creative collaboration efforts while working remotely with my international teammates.
