Hey there! My professional journey has been quite the adventure. Back in 2017, fresh out of graduation with a degree in Kinesiology, I found myself at a crossroads with no clear plan or direction. Despite my initial dream of becoming a doctor ‍, life had different plans for me.I worked all sorts of jobs in many different areas such as Retail, Health Care, and Children & Youth Programming Fast forward to my exciting tenure at ApplyBoard. I started as a Customer Experience Coordinator, where I laid the foundations for understanding the intricacies of client needs and operational excellence. Progressing to the role of an Agent Change Professional, I navigated impactful changes, setting the stage for my current position.After 2 short years and 2 promotions, I landed my current role as a Partner Client Manager, where I specialize in crafting and nurturing relationships with educational institutions. From overseeing seamless onboarding processes to optimizing collaborative initiatives, I've successfully earned the trust of our partners and contributed to ApplyBoard's continuous growth. My commitment extends beyond managing day-to-day operations; I am dedicated to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. My role isn't just about managing partnerships—it's about being a catalyst for positive change, ensuring client success, and amplifying ApplyBoard's impact in the education landscape. Through this transformative experience, I uncovered my true passion for building meaningful relationships and discovered a newfound love for project management.
