I didn’t plan to fall in love with healthcare billing but after nearly a decade in the field, I’ve built a career around solving problems and supporting teams from the ground up. I believe revenue cycle management is about more than numbers, it’s about systems that support people: patients, staff, and providers. Over the last 9+ years, I’ve worked my way from front desk roles to Director of Revenue Cycle Operations for a growing multi-specialty group. I’ve helped scale our organization from 1 to 10+ clinics, led full EHR migrations, trained over 20 billing and front-end staff, built standardized workflows, and reduced our denial rate by 70%. I’m passionate about clear processes, strong teams, and building alignment between leadership vision and day-to-day execution. Whether launching new clinics or optimizing claims workflows, I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every challenge.
