From growing a vacation rental start-up-company to training and mentoring a team that grew from four to 40, my depth and breadth of experiences in sales are a testament to my strong work ethic and my willingness to "wear a variety of hats" to get the job done. In my current role as Director of Account Management for VacayHome Connect, I lead a team that helps vacation rental property managers increase their revenues by connecting them to the best and most effective array of sales channels. I deliver solutions through personalized service that generates bookings for their properties efficiently and quickly. My team takes pride in providing an all-in-one solution for property managers by simplifying their property listings and positioning them with a competitive edge, increasing their visibility. Passionate about meeting the needs of my clients, I am recognized for my tenacity and for my ability to alleviate any hesitation my clients have when making decisions. With consistent upward movement throughout my career, I began at Vibes Interactive, a start-up Sofware as a Service (SaaS) company that later transtioned to a vacation rental company to meet the evolving needs of the market. While there, I supported the owner in multiple roles as he launched his business. I developed processes, training scripts, and sales strategies that drove revenue and grew the company. I then took a role as a travel agent at a luxury agency. Within six months, I acquired 20 clients through my ability to network and develop a referral pipeline. My former boss invited me to rejoin him at his new company, where I am currently, a division of Vibes Interactive. I designed and developed a contact center while hiring and training the staff. I began with four employees and supported the team as it grew to its current 40. I am especially proud of hiring, training, and mentoring the manager who replaced me, now a VP at the company, so I could move to my role as Director of Account Management. At VacayHome Connect, I began as the Director of Contact Center and Customer Service, I've since advanced to the role of Director of Account Management and Sales, where I focus on our largest national and most significant international clients. My sales account for 30% of our total revenue.
