As a Marketing Administrator at Layfield Group, I collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, develop, and execute impactful campaigns. I actively contribute to graphic design projects and ensure consistency across various marketing materials. In my role as a Product Administrator, I support the product development and launch processes. This involves coordinating with stakeholders from different departments, conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and gathering valuable insights to inform product decisions. By effectively managing communication channels and fostering collaboration, I help drive successful product outcomes. Before joining Layfield Group, I held the position of director at a start-up Christian dance studio. This experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of running a business. I was responsible for various aspects, including board and pastoral staff coordination, hiring, job descriptions, training, payroll, onboarding volunteers and staff, budgeting, vision development, lease and facility arrangements, invoicing, customer relations, mentorship, website management, business cards, promotional campaigns, fundraisers, government grants, special events, choreography, policy development, and governance. Prior to that, I volunteered as a Children's leader at Uptown Church. During my time there, I organized and facilitated engaging activities for children and families, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Both personally and professionally, I am known for my dedication and collaborative nature. I thrive in team environments and excel at identifying and nurturing talent within the organization. Building trust, aligning visions, actively listening, and genuinely caring for individuals are my core principles for fostering morale and enhancing team dynamics. Creating impactful products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations is a passion of mine.
