About Sarah Rush

I have a Primary Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Play Therapy and over 30 years experience supporting children and families of all backgrounds as an Educator, Play Therapist and Social Care Practitioner. More recently, I undertook training as a Coach and I bring all of this knowledge, experience and expertise to my Professional Coaching Practice. Personal Coaching: Together we co-create our coaching relationship - the container in which the coaching takes place. We will work out your coaching agenda and I will help you clarify your goals to get you there. I will ask the right questions, hold a space for you to explore your emotions and help you gain clarity, perspective and insight. You will feel safe, valued, accepted and heard. And you will begin to see the wood for the trees. Parent Coaching: I will work in partnership with you, the expert on your child, to support, empower and to find the right solutions to your parenting challenges. You will experience a judgement-free space to process what your child is communicating and support to navigate their unique needs. You will better undertand your child's emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs. You will learn how to support your child's ability to successfully manage their emotions. And you will begin to feel better as a parent.
