At America's Floor Source Group, my role as Director of Learning and Development encompasses spearheading AFS University, where we align the expertise of over 550 employees across multiple states with our organizational goals and culture. This includes managing our eLearning platform, internal and external certifications, instructor-led courses, and webinar programs. We've developed specialized training for both new and current staff, ensuring a seamless integration of company positional pathing and certification programs. Drawing on my extensive background in design, I now collaborate closely with industry experts to curate content that upholds our reputation as knowledgeable leaders in flooring and window treatments.
