Successful and driven project lead with over 10 years’ experience across a number of sectors including welfare to work, charity, and CSR. Competent and experienced managing varied programmes and working directly with funders. Managed and designed employment programme for a wide range of participants including young people, and vulnerable individuals suffering from a variety of issues including mental and physical health issues, long-term unemployment and drug & alcohol dependencies. Previously managed a number of employment and health programmes, as well as managing teams of staff in a variety of capacities. Passionate about helping those in need, working on a person centered approach and an advocate for social inclusion. Experienced working closely with a wide variety of businesses and funders to ensure targets are being met, including working with Members of Parliament, multi-national organisations and large Charity organisations.
