I bring over ten years of hands-on experience in HR compliance and payroll operations, and I’m currently leading compliance strategy, policy design, and payroll oversight at USDM Life Sciences. My responsibilities include overseeing multi-cycle payroll to ensure accuracy, managing the HRIS and employee intranet, supporting classification decisions, conducting internal audits, and developing policies and handbooks that are clear, enforceable, and audit-ready. I focus on building durable processes that reduce compliance risk while supporting efficient people operations.At USDM, I partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR and payroll practices that work in real operating environments, not just on paper. This includes aligning compliance requirements with operational realities, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring payroll and employment practices remain accurate, consistent, and defensible as the organization grows.Previously, as a Client Services Account Manager at Paylocity, I worked directly with a diverse client base to support payroll and HRIS operations, troubleshoot complex compliance and payroll issues, and deliver tailored solutions. In that role, I helped employers improve payroll accuracy, strengthen compliance practices, and drive better outcomes across their workforce.
