I am passionate about learning and working to break down barriers and increasing access to healthcare services and support resources so that all have to opportunity to be the healthiest versions of themselves. In my role as a community care coordinator, I work on a public health grant project that focuses on increasing access to care for underserved, rural populations for the management and prevention of chronic diseases. In my work, I develop and maintain relationships with the community, such that these projects empower and are owned by the community, for the community. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending my time moving my body in the gym or outside. Additionally, I love to travel abroad, immersed in and learning from different cultures.
