About Sarah Secor

Sarah MacElroy is an author, apparel designer, speaker, and consultant. Her first published work is in the co-authored book series,'You’ve Got This, Mama' and was followed up by two other books,'You've Got This Mama, Too’ and ‘Being Mama.’ Sarah’s debut children’s book,'Leaping Lumberjacks,' was released on the Golden Brick Road imprint on October 1, 2021. In addition to being an author, Sarah is a clothing designer. Frustrated by the available options in boy’s apparel, Sarah and her husband, Drew, decided to start a clothing line and apparel manufacturing company in 2017 called The Wild Life, now Wild Brand Apparel. From baby and kids apparel, she has grown her business to include fashion-forward items for men and women. The brand's ethos is clothing with a conscience and features seasonal, limited edition collections that benefit animal and wildland conservation. They have also started a consulting company that assists others in launching their American-made apparel design businesses. Sarah also shares her musings about family, life after her husband was injured during his military service, and raising four children on her blog Mother of Wildthings. She is currently pursuing a masters in Public Policy and Administration with hopes of affecting change with regards to Veteran families.
