About Sarah Sievert

Clinical Mental Health Counselor, MA, LPC, NBCC and Bilingual Communication Educator, MA. I believe that by connecting with what truly matters inside of us, we bring beauty to ourselves and our world. Welcoming a variety of clients with a collaborative approach, I combine mindful self-compassion and traditional methods to offer tailored, unique support to individuals and couples. My bilingual and multicultural focus lends itself to building bridges and I hold master’s degrees in education and counseling with over 15 years of multicultural advocacy. My international experience and integration of nonviolent communication (NVC) make me an ambassador for change. My psychodynamic approach is supported with EMT (emotion-focused therapy), ACT (action and commitment therapy), and CFT (compassion focused therapy) in the healing of depression, anxiety, and trauma. In this safe space, I also explore chronic pain, grief, life transitions, and relationships with self and others. I value curiosity, kindness, and acceptance in a shared exploration of human wholeness.
